Fish Disposition: Boat will filet individual fish under 80lbs and give you up to 40lbs of fish to take with you on a private trip. (3-5 servings per person of your own catch starting with smallest fish on a shared trip).. Boat will also make arrangements for mounting. Fish over 80lbs are not cut.
